Wine that takes a whole year.
Twelve hectares of vineyards on marl slopes, four generations, and a cellar where time runs slower.
The site
Our vines grow on steep slopes where the morning fog lingers until noon and the afternoon sun warms the marl. Nobody hurries here — not the vine, not the grapes, and not us.

A year in the vineyard
One wine, four seasons.

01March — May
Spring. Pruning and first shoots
Every vine is pruned by hand. What we cut away in March decides what we pour three years later.

02June — August
Summer. Ripening in peace
We thin the leaves so the grapes see the sun without burning. For most of the summer we simply watch and let the vine work.

03September — October
Autumn. Harvest by hand
We pick by hand into small crates in the early morning. Each site gets its turn when it is ready.

04November — February
Winter. The quiet of the cellar
The wine rests in oak casks, the vineyard under frost. Winter is when everything we did slowly comes together as taste.
Wines
Six wines, six sites.
